The Mondays bring their ensemble, character-focused long-form to the stage alongside Lovely Bruise — the duo of Lauren Russell and Bryan Fernando. Expect big characters, quick wit, and scenes spun entirely out of an audience suggestion.

Who we are
An ensemble that builds worlds out of nothing
The Mondays are a Portland-area long-form improv comedy group. “Long-form” means we don’t do quick one-off games — we take a single audience suggestion and follow it wherever it leads, weaving recurring characters, running jokes, and full storylines across the whole set. It’s theatrical, it’s fast, and it’s completely made up in the moment.
We’re character-focused: the comedy comes from real, specific people we invent on the spot — the over-committed neighbor, the villain with a soft spot, the sibling who won’t let anything go. If you love live comedy that surprises the performers as much as the audience, this is your kind of night out.
